AREAS OF INTEREST: I am currently working on the nonlinear propagation dynamics of the multidimensional solitons in the multimode fibers. These multidimensional solitons are spatially and temporally localized optical entities that are robust against spatial diffraction and temporal dispersion. These objects are currently enjoying huge interest for their prospective use in the future-generation multimode optical fiber communication networks.
